Taught by: Oscar Górriz, owner of Hostal Sa Rascassa, and sommelier.
Content: The session will be structured as an introduction to wine tasting (six white wines from the Empordà Designation of Origin, which we will taste in pairs). In addition, it will explain what the role of a sommelier entails and how it adds value, through their knowledge and experience, to the restaurant and the customer. The focus will be more playful than technical, and in any case, adjusted to the level of the attendees. A small snack will be served to accompany the wine tasting.
